We want you to love your HAAN skincare routine; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and meet our hygiene standards to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original shipping box to prevent damage during transit and include the printed return slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
